The older sibling, Kourtney whom is 30, has enjoyed chest enlargement implants and has also been very open about that, it's unlikely that any of the other Kardashian women have had any form of enhancements done under a blade.
As soon as Kim was questioned about the prominent bosom of hers she said, "Trust me sweetie," she laughs. "if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done." It seems that people cannot acknowledge the simple fact that the spectacular great beauty that Kim has been lucky with is all hers.
Kim one time decided to get her nose done, but when the plastic cosmetic surgeon showed her photographs of what she would start looking like, it transformed her look too significantly. "It did not look like me" Kim said, so she chose against the surgery.
